WORK EXPERIENCE: In the year of 1970 I started my career as Technical Supervisor from M/s MULTIMETALS LTD. KOTA. I was looking after day to day maintenance, Break down Maintenance in my initial year. After that I was looking after the preventive Maintenance of Entire machinery of the plant. I left the company on 31st January 1977. I Joined M/s SHREERAM FERTILISERS & CHEMICALS LTD. On 1st February 1977 to look after the shut down and preventive maintenance of different plants & Machinery, apart from these activities I have to make manpower planning, spare part planning, and also plan shutdown of Individual plant & Machinery. My expertise is in the field of maintaining the Reciprocating compressors & Turbo Machinery of Fertilizer Plant. I left the M/s SHREERAM FERTILISERS & CHEMICALS LTD on Aug- 1985. I Joined M/s LML LTD. Kanpur in the year Aug. 1985 as Manager plant engineering. Here in LML Kanpur I was responsible for the project of Press shop & welding shop for increasing the production of scooter from 120 scooters per day to 800 scooters per day. After completing the project for about one year, I was responsible for the trouble free running of press shop, welding shop & tool room. I left LML and again joined M/s SHREERAM FERTILISERS & CHEMICALS LTD. On Aug 1990. Again served the M/s SHREERAM FERTILISERS & CHEMICALS LTD. for more than 18 years in different positions. I retired as a Chief Engineer Mechanical Fertilizer in April 2008. Joined hands with M/s Guru Nanak Engineering Company from April 2010. Here I am giving inputs in different field of engineering i.e. Training of Manpower of different levels spare parts planning, & Maintenance of Mechanical equipments SOFTWARE SKILLS: Basics of Computer. SEMINARS ATTENDED: One week training program of Fertilizer Association of India in Delhi. In house Training program of Quality Maintenance. Three days training program on condition monitoring with IRD Bombay. One week training program on quality welding at Bombay M/s Adwani-Orlikon. In house training program of Bearings.
