Richard D. Shall has over 15 years of experience in circuit design and product development for major appliance companies. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Currently, he works as a Circuit Design Engineer at Whirlpool, where he has led the design of several new refrigerator and dishwasher control boards. Previously, he served as a Project Engineer and Lab Engineer at Whirlpool, driving cost savings through testing and sourcing activities. He has extensive skills in circuit design, project management, reliability engineering, and EMC testing.
