Conducting Training need Survey for each position in order to identify the training
programs required to fulfill the knowledge & skill requirement against that position.
Analyzing the knowledge & skill gap for each individual & listing the training requirements.
Preparing Training plan for each individual in line with overall departmental plan.
Nominating the individual for various identified programs as & when scheduled through
internal as well as external agencies.
Health, Safety & Environment
Ensuring 100% PPE, s And health check up of all the employees as per law & Health Policy
of the company.
Analysis of cases with abnormalities in health reports as well as cases who are on
borderline of the normal range.
Scheduling counseling sessions for High Risk Members (Borderline cases)
Regular monitoring & frequent check-up of cases with abnormalities in health report.
Regular observation of unsafe acts & unsafe conditions & taking corrective action thereof.
Conducting Monthly Safety Meetings & increasing awareness of Safety legislations.
Reward & Recognition
Administering different schemes in line with annual budget for the same.
Assessment & scrutiny of the nominations received from various sections as per the
Company Policy.
Distribution of award ceremoniously.
Welfare
Ensuring all basic amenities is provided as per law.
Regular monitoring of the condition of the Amenities for maintenance as well as new
requirements.
Ensuring proper upkeep of Rest Rooms, Lunch Rooms, and Workstations etc.
Contract Labour Management

Disciplinary Matters
End to end processing of disciplinary matters  drafting of Advisory Note, Show Cause
Notices, Charge sheets etc, conducting enquiries, deciding upon appropriate action.
Ensuring adherence to the various provisions of the Standing Orders Act & the applicable
Model Standing Orders.
Handling of Domestic Enquiries ensuring Principles of Natural Justice.
Liaising work
Representing Management in Labour Office, Pf Office, Esi Office Director of Factory
Electricity office, Police, Vigilance, & Local politician.
Contract Labour Management
Ensuring Bona fide Contracts (Agreements) with the concerned parties.
Ensuring timely renewal of all Annual Contracts.
Regulating Contractual Manpower as per requirement while maintaining the ratio of fixed
vs. variable manpower.
Ensuring Compliances as per the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act.
Casual Manpower Management
Recruitment of casual manpower.
Training of casual manpower and decide the work in line.
Salary preparation and disbursement for the same.
Separation process of the casual manpower after completing his decide time
Union & Grievance Handling
Negotiating with Union Committee Executives to ensure harmonious relationship between
management & employees.
Handling Grievances & day to day problems of workers to prevent disputes that may
adversely affect production.
Canteen
Daily monitoring of department wise available manpower to ensure that sufficient Snacks &
Food is provided to all.
Regular Monitoring of Cutlery & Number of Service guys required for timely distribution of
snacks & meal/dinner.
Ensure Monthly meetings of Canteen Committee to review the contents and/or quality of
food.
Ensure healthy & nutritious diet for all in consultations with dietician.
Employee Engagement Programs
Partnering with agencies for conducting employee engagement surveys & designing of the
questionnaire.
Driving the Employee engagement programs for workers & ensuring maximum coverage.
Analyzing the survey results & working out the action plan for improvement in engagement
scores.

Ensuring Goal Setting through integrated approach to Balance Score Card and
Vision/Mission statement of the company.
