I am an Instructional Developer and ELearning Specialist with an aptitude for all things multimedia,
distance education, and marketing. I ensure effective user experience in both training and information
dissemination.
Fluent in the Instructional Design process from Needs Assessment to Project Management to
Development through Evaluation, I am driven by helping others succeed through education.
From a business perspective, I have enabled thousands of learners to meet business goals and ensure
customer satisfaction. I am detail oriented, work well with quick turn-around schedules, and am
intensely goal driven.
Most of my experience has been in the development of multimedia materials for training, while my
secondary strengths are in marketing and communication. I blended these skills serving as the Digital
Marketing Director for a local auto dealership where I managed the entire online presence including
social media, SEO, inventory web sites, and serving as online live customer service.
Management reviews have included terms identifying me as a "go to person" and "superior team
member" who "has a can-do attitude and has never dropped the ball on a project." I have been
recognized as not only a team player but a team builder and work well cross-departmentally.
Relocating to the East coast in April 2016, and very excited to experience a new career opportunity.
