 Understanding the design requirement by studying the reference body structure & benchmarking
data.
 Packaging study & defining connections between multiple parts, assemblies to create attachment
features while considering manufacturability, assembly sequence, interfacing parts &
functionality.
 Prepares conceptual sketches of new system considering the relations between components,
functional requirements, allocation of space and component geometry.
 Designing & developing automotive upper body parts, Roof, Side Panel etc.
 Designing Plastic components & Automotive Interiors.
 Supporting the client in Product Development and developing modeling methodologies for
complex automotive parts.

 Initiates the investigation of design options to reduce cost, improve performance
