Most of you know the basics of an Agile Retrospective; “what’s going well, what needs to be improved, …”. Maybe you know some ways to make retrospectives fun. Heck, who doesn’t like some fun! We’re not going to talk about those things. This workshop is going to experience some of the fundamental skills required to get people communicating, not just talking, but enabling them to achieve better outcomes from their retrospectives or any other collaborative sessions.
We are going to learn about and practice listening skills, powerful questions, and understanding perspectives. All of these skills help us uncover ideas that amplify our collaborative work. Understanding those perspectives help us grow stronger, more resilient, teams that find ways to continuously improve.
