The document describes the open peer review process used by the journal Review of Communication Research. Under this process, authors submit drafts of their work which then undergo open reviews by peers. If two positive evaluations are received, the work is accepted for publication. Authors can also choose to have their work reviewed through the traditional double-blind peer review process. Once published, all work remains openly accessible and allows for post-publication comments.
