#3: What if I told you something was waiting to be known? That there was something so incredible out there, that it would just catch your attention? My goal in life is to bring you these attention grabbing visuals through your television screen. My canvas is your television set. I bring art to life through my camera.
#4: As a kid, I grew up on television shows and movies. I still remember the first time I ever saw Wizard of Oz and how captivated I was by the movie and the effects. I also grew up watching Wes Craven movies, like Nightmare on Elm Street. I always loved the spooky side of life and I still pursue those spooky things through my paranormal investigations.
#5: I played a lot of sports as a child, but when I had my first camera at the age of 9, I was in love with capturing sports moments on film.
#6: I played varsity football, but during the offseason I could be found on the sidelines of other sports with my camera for the yearbook editing staff. I actually became the first ever male editor in chief for our yearbook staff.
#7: Hello, my name is Richard Rose and as you can tell, I have been there and done it.
#8: I am 33 years old and I currently reside in Kansas City, Missouri. As you can tell, there’s not much here.
#9: One of my goals is to bring a prominent film studio to Kansas City. There’s all kinds of smaller businesses, but nothing making blockbuster films.
#10: I am currently enrolled in Full Sail University.
#12: I am currently employed as a Cameraman, editor, director and sometimes producer of a new TV series called Strange Curiosity. The show is from Emmy Nominated Executive Producer and Director Brad Klinge. We travel the United States and film documentaries inside the most haunted spots.
#13: We have a smaller production crew, consisting of six people. We tend to stay on location for 3-4 nights, while filming all B-Rolls and production footage.
#14: Before I embarked on this adventure, I was a Counterintelligence Agent in the US Army for 9 years. I deployed to Iraq in 2008 and Afghanistan in 2010. I spent my time conducting National Security Crime cases, including Espionage, Terrorism, Sabotage and Treason.
#15: Spending 9 years as a counterintelligence agent taught me all kinds of things, one of the biggest was ways to be social with everyone. I learned how to read body language and elicit information.
#16: I was also trained in Interrogation procedures while in the US army. These procedures can be used in movies, especially tense situations.
#17: During my time as a Soldier, I learned a lot of life lessons. One of the biggest lesson’s I learned was the ability to adapt and overcome certain obstacles. Life is not easy and you need to have this quality to succeed in anything. I got 9 years into my career and decided to call it quits, because my calling for filmmaking was still there. I had served my country and now I wanted to chase a dream.
#18: While chasing my dream, I have learned that life is all about balance. Right now I am willing to sacrifice anything to be successful in the filming industry.
#19: No matter what I embark on in life, I always want to be the best. I want to be number one. I have goals in life right now.
#20: My life revolves around filming. I already told you about my job right now, but I also film skits and comedy stuff for YouTube.
#21: I live my life daily by learning something new. I feel like you’re not living if you’re not learning. In midst of learning new stuff, I have my eyes set on the end goal.
#22: One of my biggest goals is to be employed by the WWE and film for their company. My end goal is to work the live shows behind the camera. I get a feeling of success when I see my shots on screen.
#23: There’s nothing more than the excitement of live television. You never know what’s going to happen and you have to think on your feet in certain situations.
#24: I know the road will be bumpy to the WWE, but I am willing to find that key to success. Success to me is having what I want, when I want it and where I want it. I don’t want to stress over money, love or quality of life. I am willing to do anything to find the key to success.
#25: When I find the key, I will leave Failure Drive behind and head straight onto Success lane. It will be a rough road, but I am ready to embark on it.
#26: Taking these road could be bumpy and less traveled, but I am ready to create my own path.
