The holly was boiled. The boiling was in goats milk. North American settlers asserted this. A tea could cure a multitude of ills. A tea was made from dried holly leaves. This seems to have made no difference. Holly berries are poisonous. The difference is to any of these people. These people believe this. The holly plant has beneficial powers.
