Story ¨CThe Rise of Game Changers
About 2,500 years ago in China , there were 120 feudal states under
the rule of King Zhou. At the end of Zhou era, the powerful lords
became rulers themselves. The stronger states integrated the weaker
one. Towards the end of the Spring and Autumn era (´ºÇï 772-481
BC), there were only 40 states left. By the times of Warring States
Period (Õ½¹ú 403-221 B.C.), there were 7 states. It was finally united
into one China by the Qin Emperor in 220 B.C.
During the time of conflicts and endless battles, Hundred Schools of
Thought for strategy, management, operation, espionage, diplomacy,
etc flourished. These thought leaderships have influenced and
practiced by many game changers in China till today and spread as
far as in Vietnam, Korea and Japan.
Today¡¯s context and reflection
The success of organization allows the game changers to visualize,
innovate and transform from the ordinary to stellar performance.
