This document contains a risk assessment for a film production company called Star Productions. It identifies 4 potential risks from filming: illness from cold weather, injuries from walking on unsalted roads in winter weather, a fire hazard inside a building during filming, and an incident crossing the road. For each risk, it assigns a probability, consequence, and resulting risk level, and proposes control measures to reduce the probability or consequence and lower the risk level.
