This document outlines 5 risks associated with filming a project on a large farm. The risks include heavy machinery, uneven ground, use of a sharp knife, a secluded filming location, and the presence of dog walkers. For each risk, the document identifies the potential issue and provides a solution to mitigate the risk, such as keeping away from machinery, filming biking scenes on even ground, properly handling knives, staying together as a group at secluded locations, and turning off cameras when dog walkers pass by.
2. RISK 1.
Large farm.
What is the risk?
There is heavy machinery and tractors around.
How to solve it?
Keep away from all the machinery when we are filming.
3. RISK 2.
Uneven ground.
What is the risk?
We could fall over or trip.
How to solve it?
Make sure we film the biking scene on the more even ground and
wear sensible shoes.
4. RISK 3.
Knife.
What is the risk?
We use a sharp knife in our title sequence which could be dangerous.
How to solve it?
Hold it properly and put it away when it is not being used.
5. RISK 4.
Secluded location.
What is the risk?
We are filming in a secluded field which is at the back of the village.
How to solve it?
Make sure we stay together as a group and try not to be there when its
dark.
6. RISK 5.
Dog walkers.
What is the risk?
We are filming in an area where people go to walk their dogs.
How to solve it?
Make sure we respect them by turning the camera off when they walk
past.
