This risk assessment sheet is for a filming project for the NHS. It identifies two possible hazards: wires on the floor that could cause tripping and spilling drinks that could cause electrical fires if liquid enters sockets. It rates the risk of tripping over wires as a 2 and the risk of electrical fires from spilled drinks as a 4. It provides solutions such as unplugging equipment, securing cables, being careful with drinks, and having contact information for emergency services.

Filming at: Ashleighs bedroom
Possible Hazards: Having wires on the floor, spilling drinks over.
Risk: Level of Risk
Having wires on the floor across the room could cause someone to
fall over and hurt themselves.
2
Theres drinks involved in this shoot, there for they could be
knocked over and spilt, this could lead to the liquid going into the
plug sockets that are around, causing sparks which could lead to a
fire.

Solutions:
Unplug all electric equipment as it will not be needed when filming;
get cable ties so they are not trailing across the room.
Make the cast and crew aware of these problems so that they are
more careful.
There usually shouldnt be drinks when filming but as the drink is
needed in this you should make sure it is not near any plug sockets
so that it cannot cause damage and have a cloth at the ready in case
of a spillage.
