and Foreign Affairs in Spain, Jose Rizal
departed for Barcelona on board the Isla de
Panay.

The Katipunan was discovered by Fr. Mariano
Gil.
 Isla de Panay departed for Spain
Pedro B. Roxas and Captain Camus tried to
persuade Rizal to step ashore and saved his
life.

Jose Rizal reached Manila and was locked in
Fort Santiago.
