Most of the projects fail under the guidance of leaders behaving badly. One of the main reasons for these failures is the ignorance of the information at different levels. The relation between the members of the project at each level accumulates to the total success or failure. The end-to-end execution of any given project involves lot of responsibility, integrity and the desire to succeed.
