Is the success due to the technology / process / methodology / tools (or) engaged people / skill within? Is it about cognitive programming (or) continue to descale the organization? Most of the projects fail under the guidance of leaders behaving badly. One of the main reasons for these failures is the ignorance of the information at different levels. The relation between the members of the project at each level accumulates to the total success or failure. The end-to-end execution of any given project involves lot of responsibility, integrity and the desire to succeed. To avoid the human error, the importance of automation is evolving to every possible involvement of the business process. It is not just enough to change the What and How of doing the things, at the same time, also about who the stakeholders of the project
