Check out the results of helping first by giving training in basic jewelry making to a group of deaf persons in the South of Trinidad, then choosing two individuals to give start up supplies for their own jewelry business. Not only have they developed their own business but they have become teachers in their own community, both the deaf community and communities throughout Trinidad.

- 1. 2009 CESO Assignment Agape Center for the Deaf, Kathy Ann Volunteers To Help Rotary Club of Truro provided start up materials for this workshop.
- 2. Ian, a leader in the deaf community came from Port of Spain to take the workshop. He now makes and sells jewelry and teaches jewelry making at UWI evenings.
