The Women Leaders Network uses a coaching model to help women develop their leadership presence and communication style. Each woman works through a process of understanding what they want to say, to whom, how, where, and why to gain insight into their core personality. Sessions involve interviews, readings from personal statements, and videotaped presentations. The final session has women present their pitch in front of a small audience. The program aims to provide coaching applicable to other settings, increase self-awareness, and develop new communication skills.
