A hard-working, highly motivated and flexible individual, possessing
strong experience as an Electrician within the Armed Forces in
Germany since 2011. Having successfully fulfilled my assignments
in Germany, I have become exposed to a variety of electrical
principals from fault finding to plan preventative maintenance. I
have experience of working in extreme conditions with deployments
to Afghanistan, Jordan and Canada, I am now seeking to join an
organisation where I can best utilise my current skill-set to quickly

Hobbies/Interests:
During my spare time there are a number of activities I enjoy
taking part in, for instance;
 Playing Football for 35 Engineer Regiment
 Going to the local gymnasium
 I have taken part in Skiing for 35 Engineer regiment, achieving
a gold medal in the Biathlon event

October 2011 – Present: British Armed Forces – Royal
Engineers
As a Sapper in the Royal Engineers, I have two main job roles to
undertake;
 Electrician
 Combat Engineer
Electrician
 Carrying out electro-mechanical work as assigned; working as
a part of a technical team to carry out all assignments within
agreed time constraints whilst controlling quality.
 Testing and inspecting of installations on completion of work.
 Communicating effectively between all members within the
team, to transfer and receive key information.
 Working on various shifts patterns depending on the
assignment.
 Appointed to work in Afghanistan, Canada and Jordan on
specific assignments.
Combat Engineer
Areas of expertise are summarised as follows:
 Basic Field Engineering - Knots & lashings, field machines,
basic structures, hand & power tools, construction techniques.
 Water Supply - The production and distribution of drinkable
water.
 Demolitions - The use of explosives.
