ACCOMPLISHMENTS - Innovation
? Assisted in developing a new TLC original series that went to a Greenlight Development Meeting.
? Created and maintained a spreadsheet for film market meeting requests, a scheduling grid for Discovery
Executives, and an IT folder to share this information bi-coastally which initiated the standard tools used
for scheduling film markets.
? Created and maintained the Discovery Health Channel Production Updates document - a bi-weekly staff
report on current programs in all stages of development which became the accepted report format which
has also been adopted by other Discovery Networks.
? Created an internal Discovery Health Channel staff contact sheet which became the standard format used
and distributed to staff at DFH, OWN and TLC. Also created TLC’s staff organizational chart for TLC’s
incoming General Manager.
? Created and distributed a TLC Executive Calendar for other Executive Assistant’s reference in scheduling
meetings.

? Worked with the AV team to streamline video-conferencing procedures by securing three department
video/audio bridges using the Cisco Codian MCU equipment which improved the efficiency of meetings.
? Member of the Discovery Connect Pilot Group testing the Acano Client video-conferencing system and
served on the committee to choose the new Discovery food vendor for the staff café.
? Assisted with the CINE Board meetings and the CINE Golden Eagle Awards Ceremony, arranged logistics
for CINE events including the WIVF panel, and scheduled related CINE committee meetings.

? Created ID’s, contact sheets, and travel overview for the Birth Day Live production books which were used
by the production crew in 3 locations; worked as a runner and production assistant on location..
