Product Name Change Windows SharePoint Services is now going to be known as SharePoint Foundation 2010. Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 is losing the Microsoft Office preface and will be known simply as SharePoint Server 2010.
New Product Requirements All versions of SharePoint 2010, including  SharePoint Foundation will be 64-bit ONLY! Requires x64 version of Windows Server 2008 running on a 4-core 2.5GHz server w/8GB RAM! Requires x64 version of SQL Server

Server administrators can choose to adopt the new look and feel for all sites during upgrade, let site owners make the choice after upgrade, or keep the old look and feel for all sites.
