4. The View from Here¡°The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeing new lands, but in seeing with new eyes.¡± M. Proust. I am a voyager on a most exciting journey of passion. I have previously discovered lands of outstanding service, created luxurious environments and developed a keen business sense. Now I am on an ambitious journey to create a new land of my own. I am just now seeing with new eyes how my previous career will play a large part of my future success. I am able to integrate my love of aesthetic design and the quality education of Art Institute Online with my 20 year expertise and connections in the Hospitality Industry. These elements both will assist me on my quest to find my desire, dreams, passions and goals in my own design consulting company which enables me to have financial independence. Organizing a $5,000,000 hotel renovation is no easy task and Steven was involved in all aspects of this project even though that was not the scope of his job responsibilities. He was able to provide alternative solution when budgetary constraints restricted the original design to be fulfilled.
