These are some lessons we've learned over the years of looking at our clients' buildings in field reviews prior to beginning projects. There are many other lessons we've learned, but let's start sharing here. Let us know your thoughts and questions. We consult in mixed use, multifamily, apartment, commercial, and single family residential alterations, additions, re-positioning, upgrades, renovations, adaptive re-use, and historic restoration. Our experience also includes architectural documentation for damage repair due to fire, water intrusion, and other causes. For illustrative purposes, we've used examples of single family homes in this presentation, though our principals have worked in many other areas in our 35 years of experience each.
