- 4. Mandi is owned & runs under the rules of municipality since 1979. Mandi covers surrounding area of Sukkur region. Mandi is the focus point for not only Sukkur but also interior Sindh. Onions current suppliers are: Hyderabad, Moro, Dolatpur, and Sanghar Onions local supplier are: Sukkur, Larkana and Shikarpur (Chilka) Districts.
