Refunds will be available as follows For cancellation on or before September 30th 85% of the conference fee will be refunded with the rest covering administration and refund costs. For cancellation after September 30th but before October 31st 50% of the conference fee will be refunded for costs incurred for taking delegate into consideration for conference preparation and refund costs. For cancellation after October 31st refunds will NOT be possible due to paid for and confirmed participation at the venue.
