Article 5: Arbitration Any diputes arising in the execution of this contract shall be firstly settled ambicably and mutual consultations. If no agreeable result can be reached, the dispute shall be finally settled by Vietnam International Arbitration Centre - VIAC near VCCI. The arward redered by the arbitration shall be borne by the losing party unless otherwise agreed. Article 6: Others: Any change and/ or admendments to this contract wil be made in writing and subject to approval by both parties. This contract is made in 4 originals of the same value of wich 2 for the seller and 2 for the buyer. This contract has validity from the signing date.
