we are an MBA student, we done this assignment as a part of our curriculum. we covered retail sector sales person interview to study analyze and interpret sales process. we conducted total 12 interview from different retail area. our focus were on learning sales process, finding difficulty in sales process and suggesting the improvement methodology which one can apply in retail sales force.
