The salesman house lead contract outlines procedures for appearance, presentation, and follow up. Sales representatives must wear a Clearwater sales shirt and keep a clean car. They must perform a complete catalog or equipment presentation demo and bring water for a tea bag/reverse osmosis demo. It is their responsibility to place a yard sign. Follow up includes 100% next day phone follow up and a minimum 80% physical call back with a form, as well as completing a 1 year reverse osmosis filter change call back.
