Order max Application: A Web application of a telecom company with different applied for different Line of Business like Internet, Home phone, TV depending on the customer. Back end validation of the flow of product codes for the triggered event and end to end validations to check for the integration. Serve as a key member of Software Testing team and interaction point between the developers, BA. Supervise and coordinated well a five-member software QA testing team in developing and implementing quality-assurance and quality-control methodologies to ensure compliance with QA standards, federal regulations and customer specification. CCE: Customer communication Engine: 1.Extensive testing on an Admin Tool of Bell Canada that determines and keeps tracks of the commutations (SMS, Email, MMS) and also to verify the end to end flow of the evens in the system so that the expected communication is received in accordance to rules and the event triggered.
