- 3. Introduction The main objective of these documents is to help the Or- ganizing Committee to understand and imagine the piece of art that will be carried out by Sand Sculpture Company. These Drawings will provide the Organizing Committee with an overview of production approach and an indication of what Aldaour Team along with Sand Sculpture Company can contribute to the 2011 Extreme Sailing Series Event. Please note that all provided Sketches & Drawings are in- itial illustrations and the final sculpture may differ from what is included in these documents.
- 4. Dimension The Oman Sail Sand Sculpture will be made of 50 tons of treated sands. The public can watch us create the master pieces and see the sand shaped, molded and sculpted. The master pieces dimension*, Height 4 Meters Length 7 Meters Width 5 Meters *Approximate dimension, actual size may vary. Page 4

- 6. Main Sculpture The Main Sculpture will be an Extreme40 Boat and our professional team will do their best to make sure each element place a pertinent part of the entire composition. Attention to detail is a feature of The Sand Sculpture Company artisans. Note the realism of the chains, ropes, timbers, bolts and other parts of the sculpture.
- 7. Background The Sculpture¡¯s background will be Al-Mirani Fort, to give the master- piece a Omani Flavor and to support the sail as well.
- 8. Sand Sculpture Title Under the Main Sculpture we can carve Three Medium Logos or Two Large Logos or One X-Large Sculpture Title of you choice. Page 8

Other Sculptures The Main Sculpture will be surrounded with high detailed sculptures inspired from the Omani en- vironment, culture and heritage, includes and not limited to: Sea Creatures (Sharks, Dolphins, Stingrays, etc.) Coral Reef Riyam Tower Giant Turtle More textures and sea creatures will be added.
