- 2. OUR REQUEST City to install No Parking/No Stopping signs for these areas: 1. Carniel Ave. between Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road and Blue Meadow Court, both directions 2. Sumner Drive between Fredericksburg and McCartysville, both directions JUSTIFICATION 1. Cars parked along these curbs are dangerous to vehicles, pedestrians, bicycles, & children with nearby high-speed streets 2. Adequate alternate safe parking nearby in neighborhood 3. California vehicle code authorizes action for this request

Sumner Drive between Fredericksburg and McCartysville, both directions Most of the residents of this neighborhood, known as Meadowbrook consisting of 48 homes on 4 streets, support this request. Upon learning only recently that we individually had these concerns, we formed a shared voice to bring these issues to this committee. THANK YOU!
