Inclusion, Empowerment, and Mainstreaming of Persons with disability is the guiding principle of Sarthak Educational Trust. Through its dedicated efforts in the areas of Early Intervention, Inclusive Education, Skill Building, and Placement, and Advocacy Generation Sarthak is aimed towards creating a significant difference in 15 different locations at Pan-Indian level.

MICROSOFT TECH4 INCLUSION PROGRAM (NGOs Capacity Building Program) A unique initiative of Sarthak, sponsored by Microsoft to mentor and build the capacity of the NGOs operating in peri urban and rural belts of Telangana. Identification of NGOs working for Persons with Disability & Need Based Assessment of relevant Sector Specific Training Phase 1 Capacity Building/ Enhancement of the Partnering NGOs September to December 4 Training Batches of 5 NGOs Each to be trained Phase 2 Monitoring & Evaluation of Partnering NGOs & Continuance of Training Program Four Months starting from October 2016 Phase 3

On December 12, 2016, Sarthak Educational Trust took over NAAI, Indias leading organization for promoting skill development and inclusive education for people with disability, with a vision to upscale the organisations operations. This sixteen year old organisation, conducts skill program & competitions in 36 different skill trades across globe, last conducted the event in France in year 2015. The next event is expected to take place in Canada in year 2020. The broader aim of this institution is to connect the skilled participants with the jobs in market.
