A retrospective based on Satir change model that could help a facilitator to gather insights related to a change and help participants to target their new wanted position. Inspired from Jason Little's work on Lean Change Management. This retrospective has been used to gather insights from a recent change on agile methodologies, identify concerns, obstacles, benefits and new challenges and start thinking of the new wanted position. Participants went through various phases as described by the model, trying to answers the questions listed in the presentation.
