- The scheduling functionality update included improvements to integration between day/grid views and classes, ability to book classes from multiple views, better date selection and staff filtering in grid view, and more intuitive rescheduling and time blocking. Color coding and tooltips were also improved for easier understanding of booking statuses. Usability enhancements were made throughout to reduce clicks and make common tasks faster.

Better Quick Date Select On Grid View Top Bar ? Previous quick date selector was not very intuitive ? Now simpler upcoming 14 days C separated by weeks
Staff Header Improvements On Grid-View ? Photos can be turned on/off ? Now shows staff type under name
Booking Action Popup - Fixes Opens at fixed spot C solves issue of opening way off screen sometimes if lots of staff Can still be dragged around screen
Color Coding Of Booking Detail ? ? Grey top when not past due Booking detail green when a show grey when open ? Booking detail red when a no show ? Top is red when customer has past dues
More Informative Tool-Tips On Schedule Grid Cells
Better Staff Selector On Single Staff Week View Grid ? Staff Photos ? Staff type ? Click on staff name in all staff grid view C same as before to go to single week one staff member grid view
Better Lookups When Making Booking ? Nicer auto-complete when looking up people ? Solves some annoying issues with keyboard use and drag getting stuck when using the scroll bar on long lists ? Shows how many available session credits the person has for that booking type ? With recent pulls up people that have recently had session credits added
With Recent C New Option When Making Bookings ? Looks for people that have had added that type of session (service or class in past 48 hrs) ? Adds caused by draft are not included C intent is to show people with either new agreements or recent POS sales for fast access
More Intuitive Rescheduling C Faster & Less Clicks ? ? ? ? ? ? Rescheduling changed to Re-Book Previous single long select list of times was not very user friendly Now C shows morning / afternoon / evening as clear options Opens on booking date - day times already selected (if not in the past) When choosing all staff C can also now filter by gender C will always default to gender of staff member currently tied to the booking Improvements to language to make things easier to understand and more obvious for new users
Improvements To Blocking Out Time ? ? ? ? Quick select at top of select list of times Times list is easier to read with Hrs : Min rather than only Min Ability to block out full day with 1 click Ability to repeat a blocked out time to all staff ? This is an staff permission setting (ie staff type must have the permission granted to add or remove bulk blocked out time) ? Will ignore any staff that already have bookings at that time ? Cant bulk block all day for staff
Classes Has Misc. Usability Improvements ? List view is cleaner & easier to user with better feedback on changes made
Other Misc. Enhancements Easier to read side time column Short notifications top right when booking actions are complete
