 Log in and schedule EACH environment separately
 Upgrades of Non-Production environments start on Tuesday
 Coordinate with other teams implementing or managing other services
 All services are upgraded at the same time on an environment!
 Inform user community about upgrade
 Go/No Go decision before the 1 week deadline to reschedule

 After you receive an invitation to Schedule Your R13 Upgrade, your Service
Administrators will have until the specified deadline to login to My Services and pick
upgrade dates for each of your environments.
 In most cases, Scheduling Your Upgrade is all that is needed. Confirming or Rescheduling is often
unnecessary. However, full instructions are provided to cater for each scenario.
 At the end of this invitation period, unscheduled environments will be scheduled by
Oracle, and customers will receive Confirm Upgrade Schedule notification.

 At the end of the invitation period, unscheduled environments may be scheduled by
Oracle, and customers will receive Confirm Upgrade Schedule notification.
 Your Service Administrator will have an opportunity to confirm or reschedule an
upgrade date up to 1 week prior to an upgrade.
 If an upgrade date is not confirmed or rescheduled by one week before upgrade,
upgrade will proceed as scheduled.
