Step 2. Go out and talk to people. Talking to small children at their School . Interviewing them to get to know More about their passion And what they want to become..
Human Centre Design ? PLAN DESIGN THINKING ? To Understand why the drop out from the school is so high towards higher education. ? To go meet and interview with the village children to understand the grass root level.
Empathy map ? ? DO Create a calander of awareness programmes. Tell them about Govt schemes for employment,. SAY They Said about their Problems of Poverty. Drop out because of Parental Financial Crisis No Awareness of Higher Education Opportunities. Think Awareness programmes should be conducted FEEL Their entire career is getting in a wrong way
Problem Solving Statement ? During the Interview I ve gathered that the People are looking for immediate ways of making money. ? Parents wants their children to be a bread winner the minute they become teen agers. ? Need is livelihood. ? Deeper insight will give more clarity on how to integrate the dropout with Vocational Skills training and rework on the PEOPLE NEED INSIGHT
