Quality control of traction motor bearing stoppers, and Witness NDT inspection for copper cladded terminals of IPB. 2. Preparing & Managing in planning schedule of Production ,assembling ,quality, testing ,Customer Inspections, packing and dispatch for delivering the traction motor bearing parts, Heat exchangers , & other products. 3. Inspection of material with respect to PO, QP, Test Certificates, drawings and referenced plant/ corporate/International standards (Inward Goods). 4. Drawings interpretations, cost estimation, Bill of quantity, Bill of material, Checking marking plan & developments. 5. Preparing the corrective and preventive actions for the problems occurred during the inspection. 6. Procurement of the product of Heat Exchangers(Unit coolers) components, Traction Motor Bearing Parts of Metro’s Rail & cost estimation calculations etc., 7. Identifying the suitable suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating the contracts (Prices & conditions) interact with overseas clients, follow ups for timely progress
- 2. and schedule delivery for the Heat exchangers -cooling fan box’s & Mechanical components. 8. To Guide the sub contractors, Coordinating with Client and giving daily progress report. 9. Review project requirements and get approvals from Client on Project schedules, submittals for project related materials etc. 10. Review of new tender enquiry projects working out as per client specifications & Requirements. 11. Vendor Assessment, Reviews & Maintaining ISO documentation work. 12. Vendor evaluation of the selected supplier as per Project requirement & Procurement services to meeting their deliveries. 13. Getting the Confirmation of material receipt from Factory and updating the records on daily/weekly basis. In addition to the above, maintaining material master, arranging the data for maintaining vendor master, maintaining localization details for vendors and taking print outs of various reports regarding procurement, dispatches and receipts from the TALLY 9.
