In every work, every role, there is a possibility of contributing at multiple levels contributing to self, contributing to organization, and to society. explore how you can contribute at multiple levels in your career Further, explore the difference between acquisition for self and contribution to self the former being material acquisition and the latter being conscious development of oneself through the medium of ones career.

He always try to improve his self for a good relationship He try to increase his knowledge He never misbehave in class or whenever he goes Always try to become a self depended person What contribution can he make to organization ? He always obey the organization Speak to and about team members with respect Last but not least: be prepare to lead whenever necessary.
What contribution he makes for society? He can built more facilities for his society by his knowledge As a educated person he always try to aware those people who are not educated people ex. In villages there are many wrong belief which can be removed by aware people The shopkeeper who is selling goods to customers What contribution can he makes to self ? He will also get better opportunity to sell more goods quality products. If he built good relation with his customer so it effect his personal as well as professional life
What contribution can he make to organization ? The sell of goods will be more and hence the shopkeeper will get more profit in a month/year He can also increase income of workers under him He can give rewards to his worker for good work What contribution he makes for society? He can sell goods of best quality and he will track of expiry date of each product to satisfy his customers He built good relationship with his costumer and provide trustworthy and reliable product The broker between to parties What contribution can he makes to self ? He can search good deals for parties He built good relation with parties so it will get a chance for future deals
What contribution can he makes to organization ? He can find good deals for his parties he can also find good and reasonable deals for hospitals and schools etc. As a broker it is essential to built good relationship with parties What contribution he makes for society? He take low price from parties like school ,collage, hospitals etc. as a good broker he never cheat others because if he cheat some one there is create lake of faith in parties for other brokers
