Hand breaded shrimp are made with Japanese panko breadcrumbs for a crispy exterior and sweet, firm interior. The shrimp are butterflied and breaded by hand, giving them an excellent ratio of breading to shrimp and clean tails. They are easy to deep fry from frozen until golden brown and make a delicious appetizer or entrée addition. The shrimp are a sustainable, farmed species from Vietnam and include instructions to deep fry them at 170C for 3-4 minutes.
