Round One: Practice in Pairs
1.Assign Roles: One person will take the role of the salesperson and the other the customer.
?Salespersons: Your goal is to "sell one and only one pen" to the customer. Use persuasion and
communication skills effectively.
?Customers: Take notes on what the salesperson does well and areas where they can improve. Provide
constructive suggestions on how the sales pitch could be improved.
2.Interaction: Salespersons, take the initiative and start the interaction. Customers, observe and evaluate.
Round Two: Role Reversal
?Switch roles within the same pair:
?Customers become salespersons, and salespersons become customers.
?Repeat the activity, following the same process as in Round One.
Round Three: New Pairing
?Exchange partners and repeat the activity with a new pair.
?Apply the feedback you received in earlier rounds to improve your performance.
Objective: Practice sales techniques, receive peer feedback, and refine your ability to adapt based on
observations and suggestions.
