SENATRACK TRACK & TRACE Our Services Manual for using Senator Internationals Internet based Web Tracking site. The Web Tracking site may be accessed by entering Senator Internationals homepage: www.senator-international.com IT 20
SENATRACK Clicking on the SENATrack button, the Log-in window will pull open; by clicking the Log-in button (see- red box) the SENATrack log in screen will appear Please enter the User ID and Password as provided by Senator International and click the Login button underneath. This will launch the Web Tracking homepage: IT 21
SENATRACK Searches are run using one or several filters as shown in above screen: The first choice is to search either by shipment or container number by selecting the appropriate tab: The default setting is the shipment level search. The shipment level search contains several search filters which may be set one at a time or simultaneously. A pull down arrow to the right of the filter offers choices when clicking the down arrow: IT 22
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY Shipment / Container tabs are used for information on freight, which has already been shipped Purchase Order /SKU /Inventory and Warehouse tab are used for information on shipments currently located in a Senator controlled warehouse. Each search can be executed using single or multiple filter options; however it is more efficient to search for a master bill number than using pieces, carrier and shipper put together. Once the shipment file has been found, its drill down can be viewed by a simple double click IT 23
SENATRACK Container tabs are used for information on freight, which has already been shipped Each search can be executed using single or multiple filter options; however it is more efficient to search with a container number than with mode and date. Once the shipment file has been found, its drill down can be viewed by a simple double click on the container number. The drill down screen contains 4 tabs with different information on contents/ PO/SKU/ Inv Track. A double click on the container number (circled red) will lead user back to the General Information from the shipment tap. SENATRACK 24
