Day 2 of the Global Service Jam in Los Angeles included the following activities:
- Check-in and overview sessions in the morning on design methods and prototyping techniques.
- Group field research from 10 AM to 12 PM.
- Lunch from 12 to 2 PM.
- Mentor check-ins at 2 PM and 6:30 PM where teams presented progress and got feedback.
- A twin jam feedback session with Minneapolis at 4:30 PM.
- An evening session on tips for making great videos from 6 to 6:30 PM.
- Doors closed at 9:30 PM to end the day.
