- Humans arent impressive on our own. We need groups to survive.
- Our ability to bond with others is unusual in the animal world. Except for sociopaths.
- Hyper Sociality allows us to form a lot if different kinds of groups (other hyper-social species are stuck with one kind of group). They help us be our best and do amazing things.
- This ability to form many different kinds of groups is our species super power
- But theres a dark side to groups.

- Bad orgs do bad things to the environment and to humans. So what can we do?
- Organizations that build better people. Organizations that take better collective action. Organizations capable of course corrections.
