I took a chance on a start-up enterprise that hoped to rival Groupon by
keeping deals local. My job was to make sure we filled positions for
copywriters, account executives, customer service and promotions.

Navigated dramatic swings in production demands by ensuring proper
staffing levels alternating between spikes in production personnel to

Updated the benefits program to improve benefits, make the program

plan design, FSA and wellness initiative.

workers compensation claim activity. DART rate dropped from 19.1
