Costco Wholesale is developing a 148,000 square foot retail prototype in an in-development process. The speaker led the Revit implementation team that worked with Costco's Masters team, which has controlled the warehouse prototype design for over 25 years. As team lead, the speaker developed new processes to set up a firm standard for the prototype and integrate it into Costco's entire account.

The company operates more than 600 membership warehouse stores serving some 67 million cardholders in 40 US states and Australia, Canada, Japan, Mexico, Puerto Rico, South Korea, Taiwan, and the UK, primarily under the Costco Wholesale name. For this project I led the Revit implementation team that worked with the Costco Masters team which has controlled the prototype design of the warehouse for over 25 years. As team lead I had many roles but most notable I was the primary process developer to set up this new firm standard with intentions to integrate into the entire account.
