British American Tobacco (BAT) is a British multinational tobacco company
headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It is one of the worlds five largest
tobacco companies.BAT has a market-leading position in over 50 countries and
operations in around 180 countries.
We deal in providing SAP ECC Application Support for DG3/DG4 and DG5 End
Markets along with TaO System. Responsible for managing the high priority
incidents, hyper care incidents and related changes which needs to be documented
and performed to retro fit the system with ease. Also responsible for providing
permanent FIX to recurring issues with the help of Problem Management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Provide the solution/Permanent fix for user reported issues
 Analyzing the issues and implement change orders
 Worked TR movement process
 IDOCs processing, Inbound and outbound interfaces setup with PI system
 Working on enhancements with closely working with technical team
 Having good knowledge in Order to Cash process

CLIENT: APPLE (MARCH 2012 TO DEC 2014)

operating system. A Web-based student information system for K-12 schools and

Project 1: Apple Online Store
Apple provides sales for different Products through online with different payment
options like credit card and Bank transfer etc. This Project Involves Web Order
creation, Sending Order details to SAP through IDocs, OTC Processing, and Returns.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Master data maintenance and Variant configuration
 IDOCs monitoring and processing, Inbound and outbound interfaces setup
 TDM Batch Job creation and monitoring
 Order to cash processing, RFCs, which sends order status to online store
 Third party Sales Process and Individual purchase orders
 Price feed process which is to send the price data to AOS and POS systems
 Serial no. Creation for the parts, which is to manage, serialized stock keeping
 Return Process
 Worked on BOPIS (Buy online and pick up in stores) process, which gives options
to the customers to place orders online and pick up the product in stores. This
process involve in changing the given web orders into required states such as
processing orders, shipping to store, ready for pickup, picked up, pick up
cancel
 Worked on SAP CRM, Campaigns management
 Created all types of Campaigns like Automatic campaign, Auto dependent
campaign, Promotional single use & reusable campaigns, Product single use &
re-usable campaigns, Merchandising campaigns, Deal closers and Price match
Project 2: China/Korea OLSS Returns
This Project is about online returns for China and Korea for different payment
methods
I.e. CC, LC, Bank transfer, COD and Bank payment with pick up date& time
scheduling by the customer.

 Gathered requirements and created IT Test scripts for business scenarios
 Participate in Unit Testing and Integration Testing
