MsLIGHT Festival 2017 was the launch of a S.T.E.A.M. engagment program in Mississippi, created by Mississippians for Mississippians & a healthy future workforce. Produced by MsLIGHT Collaborative the Festival showcased Mississippian innovative creative talent & raised awareness of S.T.E.A.M. education. Through interactive, engaging exhibits & workshops MsLIGHT Festival demystified the world of S.T.E.A.M. it through a fun, captivating wonder world of LIGHT.
It was the largest first time event in Downtown Jackson ever & it launched the MsLIGHT Education program.
