Shilajit is an herbo-mineral drug that is found as a tar-like substance oozing from rocks in mountainous regions of India and Nepal. It exists in different varieties that range in color from blackish-brown to blue, white, and red depending on their mineral content. Shilajit has various medicinal uses as a general tonic, to strengthen and boost immunity, and to treat skin diseases, leprosy, headaches, and infections due to its chemical composition of fatty acids, trace elements, and albuminoids. It is commonly marketed in formulated products.

Tonight, Aalok planned to discuss the importance of a PMO within project-based organisations, the different types of PMO and their key elements, PMO governance and centres of excellence.
PMOs within an organisation can be centralised, hub and spoke with a central PMO with satellite PMOs globally, or embedded within projects. The appropriate structure will be determined by the specific business needs of the organisation. The PMO sits above PM delivery and the supply chain delivery teams.
