During this time, I read lined drawings, performed quantity takeoffs, wrote scope sheets, worked with subs and became very proficient with digitizing. Coordinated with the project manager, sub-contractors and the chief architect in resolving quality issues of building finishes. 2016-2018 Junior Architect, Sandarbh Design Studio Bangalore, India Reconstruction of existing 3D model, Construction Drawings for residential and public projects. Coordinated with construction manager to review daily tasks and maintain invoices and change orders. Coordinated with field supervisor in checking issue list and conveying it for the subcontractor. While working for a private homeowner I designed a staircase, retaining walls and furniture design, fixtures for the entire residence.
