Manufacturing of mica and non-mica based electrical insulating material for rotating electrical machines. Major customers are GE, Canada, Siemens-Germany, General Motors, Euro-rail, L&T-MHI, Toshiba, Alstom, BHELs, Indian railways, Crompton Greaves etc. Job Profile: Responsible for entire operation for the Unit having strength of 110 people. To make relevant plans, schedules, budgets and after approval ensure their execution. Developed the process for mica splitting tape (Porosplit) which is used as main tape insulation in 500MW TG at BHEL. Stared to use slitting m/s with optimum efficiency.
