Objectives Following are the objectives of organizing this event: To provide the overview of the FTF to the target audience. To make the attendees aware about the new opportunities available in the market. To give the proper technical and practical experience of the new technology through demonstrations and practical sessions. To provide the knowledge to the attendees in such a way so that they can explore the future possibilities. To analyze the present networking opportunities available in the market.
Venue About the venue:  The varied variety of our banquet facilities and the corresponding support services, make us the ideal venue for large events or intimate gatherings, theme events, social parties, weddings, conferences, seminars and more. Event flow The invitations will be sent on 15, 10, and 5 days prior to the date of event. It will contain the basic information about the FTF conference and also about the Venue. The branding will be done at the following places: In the way before 1.5 KM from the venue which also include the arrows to guide the person about the venue. Main gate. Parking place. Registration place. Outside of the conference hall. Tea and snack place. Outside the bar. Lunch and dinner place.
Event flow The event will start on 9 th  of December, 2007 at 9:00 AM at the venue Grand Ashoka, Bangalore.  Parking facility is available in the right side of the main entrance gate. The first step is the registration of the attendees. There are two registration counters available for this purpose. The attendees will avail the following things from the registration counter: Welcome letter Quiz (questions which they can fill in the lunch time) Welcome gift Agenda of the event FTF overview Hotel and event location map
Event flow The timings of starting the event is given in the Event agenda which each attendee get at the time of registration. Main conference hall is in the left side of the registration area. Attendee can also avail the facility of the and snacks outside from the gate no. 2. The first session will contain the following things: Welcome speech FTF overview
Event flow The facility of lunch is available in the hall no.2 of the hotel. Attendees can drop the questionnaire in the drop box in the lunch area near the gate. The next session is about the technical breakthrough and innovation of FTF. In the break time the attendees can avail the facility of tea and snacks outside the gate no.3. The next presentation is of the demonstration and practical session.
Event flow The facility of sport is available in the entertainment area of the hotel. The attendees can take the help of the map given to them or in case of any problem they can contact to the registration area. The award ceremony is going to organize in the same conference hall. Attendees can also enjoy the cocktail in the Bar of the hotel. The dinner is available in the same hall where lunch was available.
